Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to SudoDocs' core features (Enterprise-only features, such as Single Sign-On and bringing your own LLM key, are not included). No credit card is required. When the trial ends, your account moves automatically to our free Basic tier - you are never charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. This allows you to fully evaluate SudoDocs before you purchase.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Refunds

Since we offer a fully functional free trial, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused time.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion if there was a technical error in billing attributable to SudoDocs. Please contact admin@sudodocs.com.
