By accessing and using SudoDocs ("the Service"), accessible from https://sudodocs.com and https://app.sudodocs.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. SudoDocs is operated by Saurabh Sugandh.

2. Description of Service

SudoDocs provides an automated documentation platform that integrates with Git repositories, Jira, and Slack to generate technical documentation using Artificial Intelligence. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: SudoDocs uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce errors ("hallucinations"), inaccuracies, or outdated information. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all documentation generated by the Service before publishing or relying on it.
• SudoDocs is not liable for any code errors, security vulnerabilities, or documentation inaccuracies resulting from AI generation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SudoDocs cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of your code, documentation, and data submitted to the Service.

Our IP: The SudoDocs platform, including its codebase, logo, and design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or resell our Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SudoDocs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
