Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts on the Pro and Team plans. No credit card is required to start this trial. This allows you to fully evaluate SudoDocs before you are charged.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Refunds

Since we offer a fully functional free trial, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused time.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion if there was a technical error in billing attributable to SudoDocs. Please contact support@sudodocs.com.
